Among our recent initiatives, the activities we organized at Gülümser Mehmet Danacı Kindergarten in Bitez, Bodrum, stand out. These events aimed to educate children about the stages of constructing safe buildings in an engaging and informative manner.
Teaching the Little Ones About Safe Homes
As part of our efforts to raise awareness about earthquake safety, we organized educational events where we engaged with young students to teach them about the process of building safe homes. We started by providing children with paper and colored pencils, encouraging them to draw their dream houses. Following this activity, our expert civil engineer, Ahmet Yılmaz, gave a visually supported presentation, explaining the stages of constructing safe buildings in a way that children could easily understand.
During this process, we also answered the children’s curious questions, helping them gain awareness about this critical subject. At the end of the event, we distributed various gifts to each child, leaving them with both a fun experience and a memorable takeaway.
